Thom has all of the qualities in a realtor that I was looking for. He is organized, communicative, transparent, and most importantly a real professional. I had to relocate for a job moving out of state and after speaking with a couple of Realtors I confidently moved forward with Thom. In our first meeting Thom was able to assess my home and my goals and come up with a plan that made sense to me and that I was comfortable with. As a first time home seller my home was not as high value as a lot of other listings that Thom works on. Not once did I feel like I was a lower priority for Thom which I really appreciated.
